Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of functional constipation and IBS-C in Rome III; (2) Aged 18-80 years; (3) No gastrointestinal motility drugs were taken more than one week before the study; (4) Sign the informed consent and volunteer to participate in the research. Note: Patients who meet the above four criteria are included in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) People with unconsciousness and unable to express subjective discomfort symptoms and psychiatric patients; (2) Other serious consumptive diseases, susceptible to infection and bleeding; (3) Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney, digestive and hematopoietic systems. Note: All patients who conform to any of the above items are excluded.
