Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Selection of long-term coma patients over 3 months due to trauma or vascular accident (18 to 60 years old)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude patients with severe drug responses. 2. Do not rule out long-term visitors. 3. Exclusion of children under 14 years of age 4. Rule out those who cannot comply with the instructions for normal withdrawal and rational use of drugs. 5. Exclude patients with severe heart disease and liver and kidney dysfunction. 6. Patients with severe coagulation abnormalities were excluded. 7. Those who have recurrent seizures are excluded (or those with recurrent epilepsy or status epilepticus in medication will be withdrawn from the trial).
