18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pathological diagnosis of esophageal cancer, no distant metastasis; pre-treatment examination: normal blood, liver transaminase and transpeptidase, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen less than 2 times normal; aged 18 to 75 years; signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have received previous chemoradiation. Reluctant to sign consent or non-cooperation due to patient or family reasons; due to psychological, social, family and geographical reasons, patients who are unable to cooperate with regular follow-up observers with severe uncontrollable infection or medical disease; major tube dysfunction, such as loss Compensatory heart, lung, kidney, liver failure, can not tolerate surgery.
