Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for PTSD group: (1) Complying with the diagnosis of PTSD in DSM-IV (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-Fourth Edition, DSM-IV), but not meeting the diagnostic criteria of MDD; (2) Aged 18 to 55 years; (3) Clinician-Administered PTSD Scale (CAPS) score >40, Hamilton Depression Scale-17 score 17. D. Right-handed E. Hasn't received any psychotropic drugs or taken drugs for no more than 3 days and the dose is lower than the conventional dose. F. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign written informed consent. ? Inclusion criteria for the control group: A. Experience the same traumatic event stimulation in the patient group, but not in accordance with any diagnosis of DSM-IV; B. Right-handed; C. Age 18-55; D. Right-handed; E. Two families and three generations of relatives with DSM-IV mental disorders; f. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign a written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. history of severe physical and neurological disorders; 2. current or past history of other mental disorders; 3. History of brain trauma with disturbance of consciousness for more than 10 minutes; 4. Previous history of dependence on psychoactive substances such as alcohol, except nicotine, coffee and social drinking; 5. Mental retardation; 6. Contraindications of magnetic resonance examination.
