18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 15 to 45 years; Meet diagnostic criteria of acne (mild, moderate and severe); No cosmetics used on the day before sampling.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Oral and topical use of antibiotics within 2 weeks; At the same time suffering from psoriasis, seborrheic dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, Malassezia folliculitis and other skin diseases.
