Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Inclusion criteria for normal subjects: 1) aged 18 to 60 years; 2) best corrected visual acuity = 0.8; 3) refractive error ranging from +3.0 D to -6.0 D; 4) intraocular pressure = 21 mmHg; 5) axial length ranging from 23 to 26 mm. (2) Inclusion criteria for primary open-angle glaucoma: 1) aged 18 to 60 years; 2) best corrected visual acuity = 0.5; 3)refractive error ranging from +3.0 D to -6.0 D; 4)open angle on gonioscopy examination; 5) presence of glaucomatous optic nerve head or abnormal thickness of retina nerve fiber layer; 6) a cluster of three or more test points with probability less than 5 %, and at least 1 point with a probability less than 1%; Glaucoma hemifield test outside normal limits in 30-2 SITA standard visual field test; 7) no intraocular surgery within 6 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Exclusion criteria for normal subjects: 1) unwilling or unable to sign informed consent; 2) pregnant or lactating women; 3) severe refractive media opacity preventing from obtaining high quality images; 4) complicated with other ocular diseases or with a history of intraocular surgery; 5) complicated with systemic cerebrovascular diseases (such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, coronary heart disease, etc.) or the use of any drug that affects systemic circulation. (2) Exclusion criteria for primary open-angle glaucoma: 1) unwilling or unable to sign informed consent; 2) pregnant or lactating women; 3) severe refractive media opacity preventing from obtaining high quality images; 4) complicated with other ocular diseases except for glaucoma and cataract; 5) complicated with systemic cerebrovascular diseases (such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, coronary heart disease, etc.) or the use of any drug that affects systemic circulation.
