Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years; 2. The onset is within 6 hours (if the suspected progressive stroke can be extended to 12h); 3. The signs of brain damage persisted for more than 1 hour and rather serious (NIHSS 7 to 22 points). If there were obvious signs of sacral nerves, the muscle strength was lower than Grade IV; 4. Brain CT has ruled out intracranial hemorrhage, no low density changes of early infarction and other obvious early cerebral infarction changes; 5. The patient or family member signs an informed consent form; 6. Angiography confirmed the intracranial thrombus and site, and the arterial intervention for thrombectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Past history: intracranial hemorrhage, including suspicious SAH; history of cerebral infarction or myocardial infarction in the past 3 months (except for those with no residual neurological signs in old small cavities); history of head trauma in the past 3 months; nearly 3 weeks There is gastrointestinal or urinary system bleeding; excessive surgery in the past 2 weeks; arterial puncture in the incompressible area in the past 1 week; 2. Serious heart, kidney, liver dysfunction or severe diabetes; 3. Physical examination revealed evidence of active bleeding or trauma (such as a fracture); 4. Oral anticoagulant has been administered with an INR > 1.5; heparin has been treated within 48 hours (aPTT is outside the normal range); 5. Platelet count 180 mmHg, or diastolic blood pressure > 100 mmHg; 7. Neurological symptoms with slight signs of nuclear signs (such as muscle strength = IV) or significant improvement in symptoms and signs after the disease (such as TIA); 8. Pregnancy; 9. Not collaborators; 10. Probiotics or antibiotics have been used within 10.3 months; 11. Inflammatory bowel disease, digestive tract malignant tumor, history of digestive tract surgery, etc.
