Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: CRD-R-D group 1. DSM-5 diagnostic criteria were met, and the total score of 24 items of Hamilton depression scale HAMD24 was 20; 2. In line with the international sleep society about circadian sleep disorders (CRSWDs) clinical diagnostic criteria; 3. Han nationality, aged 18-65 years, at the same time the age of onset of illness 25 years old, primary school education or above; 4. No history of acute or chronic infection in the past 2 weeks, no previous history of major diseases, no history of alcohol and other psychoactive substances abuse, no immunosuppressive and immune-enhancing agents used for at least half a year; 5. Informed consent. Healthy control group 1. Healthy body, gender and age matched the study group; 2. No history of acute or chronic infection in the past 2 weeks, no previous history of major diseases, no history of alcohol and other psychoactive substances abuse, no immunosuppressive and immunoenhancing agents used for at least half a year; 3. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: CRD-R-D group 1. Combined with heavy mental illness or other types of neurosis; 2. Pregnant and lactating women.
