Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients met the diagnostic criteria as mixed hemorrhoid degree III to IV degree according to the revised Interim Standard Meeting Minutes for Diagnosis and Treatment of Hemorrhoids; 2. male or female over 18 years old; 3. patients underwent Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy; 4. no swelling, infection, ulcer or fistula in the treatment site; 5. patients voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who had serious hematopoietic system, cardiovascular, liver, or kidney diseases, or diseases transmitted by blood and body fluids; 2. pregnant or lactating females; 3. patients suffered from hemorrhoids in I to II degree or with anal lesions such as anal fissure, anal fistula, hemorrhoid thrombosis and malignant tumors; 4. patients who failed to complete the questionnaires; 5. patients who had participated in any other clinical trials in the past three months.
