2 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 2 years, gender is not limited, complete TSC gene monitoring, with or without abnormalities; 2. Diagnose tuberous sclerosis and epilepsy clearly; 3. Epilepsy course more than one year; 4. Have taken three or more reasonably selected and dose appropriate, tolerable anti-epileptic drugs, patients had more than 12 epileptic seizures in the first three months of admission; 5. Family members agreed to join the group and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Significant renal angiomyolipoma, pulmonary lymphoma myomatosis and subependymal giant cell astrocytoma; 2. Abnormal cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney function and coagulation function; 3. Patients received other craniocerebral surgery during the follow-up period.
