Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female elderly people aged 60 to 70 years of Beijing residents; 2. BMI (kg of body weight divided by the square of height meters) between 25-35; 3. Have the willingness to participate in the project or participate in physical exercise to enhance physical fitness and all subjects must sign the informed consent form before being involved in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary obesity due to endocrine, metabolic, and central nervous system disorders; 2. Coronary heart disease, uncontrolled arrhythmia, severe valvular heart disease or cardiomyopathy; 3. Have received weight loss drugs, acupuncture or surgery in the past three months; 4. There are serious lower extremity joint injuries or bone and joint diseases; 5. Uncontrolled high blood pressure or blood pressure exceeds 180/110mmHg; 6. Blood glucose higher than 16.7mmol / L or less than 4mmol / L, or is using weight-lowering drugs that affect weight; 7. Suffering from cancer or lung, digestive, stomach, blood, rheumatism, serious diseases of the immune system; 9. Suffering from mental illness; 10. Have the willingness to participate in the project or participate in physical exercise to enhance physical fitness.
