Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Subjects with normal glucose tolerance: aged 18 to 60 years, fasting blood sugar ranges from 3.9 to 6.1 millimole/liter (excluding 6.1), blood sugar 6.1 but 7.8 and < 11.1 millimole/liter) at 2 hours after glucose loading. (3)Subjects with type 2 diabetes mellitus: Type 2 diabetes mellitus, aged 18 to 60 years, has been diagnosed in hospital, and the history of diabetes mellitus is less than 5 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suffering from other endocrine system diseases, oral diseases and gastrointestinal diseases, urinary system diseases, other chronic diseases, etc.
