18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18 to 60 years, No gender limitation; 2.Hepatitis B surface antigen positive >6 months,the quantify of HBsAg 4.0×10^9/L, Hb > 120 g/L, PLT > 100×10^9/L; 5.HBV DNA less than 500IU/L; 6.The patients volunteer to join in the trial and sign the informed consents.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Liver Cirrhosis certained by ultrasound or CT scanning should be exclused. 2.Pregnant or lactating women; Disabilitie persons sprescribed by law (such as:blind, deaf, dumb, mentally retarded, physically disabled) or suffering from mental diseases; Taking drugs or adverse drug abuse are exclucive also. 3.HBV combining with alcoholic hepatitis, drug-induced liver damage and other metabolic liver diseases. 4.Autoimmune deficiency disease,or accepted tissue transplant. 5.Infected HAV,HCV,HDV. 6.Suffer from hcc and other malignant diseases by HBV. 7.The investigator determines that any factors that the patients are not suitable for the study.
