Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18-65 years, gender not limited; (2) The patients underwent gastroscopy for reflux, heartburn, and retrosternal pain, and was diagnosed as GERD according to the microscopic manifestations and pH monitoring; (3) Indications for endoscopic radiofrequency ablation and anti-reflux mucosectomy, including obvious reflux symptoms (lasting for more than three months), daily drug control, and 24-hour pH monitoring abnormalities (time percentage of pH 4%); (4) Complete and reliable clinical data; (5) The patients are willing to accept either endoscopic radiofrequency ablation or anti-reflux mucosectomy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe esophagitis (grade C and D in Los Angeles), history of esophageal and gastric surgery, esophageal columnar epithelium > 3cm, long-segment Barrett's esophagus, hiatal hernia > 2cm, stage 4 sleep apnea syndrome, combined sclerodermia and other systemic diseases related to abnormal esophageal motor function; (2) Serious chronic kidney injury, severe congestive heart failure and arrhythmia, drug-uncontrolled hypertension, cardiogenic chest pain, combined with achalasia and other diseases causing reflux; (3) Duration of pregnancy or lactation; (4) Of severe mental behavior abnormalities and other radiofrequency ablation or anti-reflux mucosal resection contraindications.
