Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? meeting the diagnostic criteria of DSM-5 major depression (MDD); ? the total score of 24 items of Hamilton depression scale HAMD24 =21; Anxiety/somatization factor score= 7; ? han nationality, age 18-65, primary school education or above; ? did not use antidepressants for nearly a week; ? informed consent of the subject or his/her guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? combined with a clear heart, lung, brain, kidney and other important organ diseases; ? women who are pregnant or breast-feeding; ? with a history of infectious disease in the past 2 weeks; ? did not use immunosuppressant and immune enhancer in recent half a year, have a history of substance dependence or abuse; ? Mental retardation and dementia patients; ? Patients who need glucocorticoid therapy.
