18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged =18 years, symptom onset within 12h; 2. comply with doctor's advice, patients with first onset 3. adjacent lead ST-segment elevation >1mm or new left bundle-branch block; 4. TIMI blood flow grades in emergency coronary angiography =2 level; 5. Patients who did not participate in other clinical studies; 6. Voluntarily participate in the clinical study and sign the informed consent to cooperate with patients in clinical follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. age >85 years; 2. Patients with cardiogenic shock or IABP implantation; 3. Previous cardiomyopathy or serious life-threatening diseases; 4. Hemorrhage history of gastrointestinal tract or urinary tract within half a year; 5. History of stroke within 1 year; 6. Liver and kidney dysfunction; 7. Patients with abnormal coagulation function; 8. Those with unstable hemodynamics; 9. Contrains to aspirin, clopidogrel, prourokinase, nitroglycerin and sodium nitroprusside
