18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients age range from 18 to 70 years; ? Patients with acute type A aortic dissection (within 2 weeks after onset) undergo total arch replacement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Gravida; ? Patients have a history of nerve damage such as cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage recently; ? Patients who refused to be enrolled.
