18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) at least moderate levels of depression or anxiety; (2) at least 18 of age who have consistent access to the Internet; and (3) able to read and understand Chinese and spoken Cantonese.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) a DSM-5 diagnosis of current manic episodes, hypomanic episodes, and psychotic disorders; and (2) actively suicidal; (3) change in psychotropic medication in past 4 weeks; (4) Not an existing user of Jockey Club Tour Heart mental health platform.
