Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female patients aged = 18 years old and = 65 years old; 2. Comply with the diagnostic criteria of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy; 3. Patients who voluntarily receive manual therapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The nerve root type cervical spondylosis is severely in need of surgery; 2. Combined with liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, endocrine system, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, nervous system and other serious primary diseases, malignant tumors and mental patients; 3. Patients with spinal tumors, tuberculosis, vertebral deformity, acute and chronic spinal fractures; 4. People with rheumatism, rheumatoid and ankylosing spondylitis; 5. Patients with gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, and atrophic gastritis are in active disease (severe stomach pain or blood in the stool or abnormal stool); 6. Patients over 60 years of age with a heart rate below 60 beats/min or above 100 beats/min; 7. There are opioid analgesics, sedative hypnotics and alcohol abuse history; 8. Pregnant women, lactating women; 9. Currently participating in other clinical trials related to cervical spondylosis; 10. Can not read and write in Chinese; 11. Poor compliance, unable to meet the follow-up requirements.
