Group Propofol:Propofol for induction and maintenance of anesthesia

Propofol and Dexmedetomidine Group :Propofol and dexmedetomidine for induction of anesthesia, propofol for maintenance of anesthesia

Age

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing elective Thyroid or breast surgery surgery; 2. Male or female aged over 18 years; 3. Patients undergoing general anesthesia(ASA I-II).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with history of or nervous system diseases; 2. Patients using cytochrome P450 modulators in less than 1 month; 3. Patients with any other conditions considered cannot be recruited.
