Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Non-cystic fibrotic bronchiectasis confirmed by chest CT or HRCT; 2. To meet the diagnostic criteria for acute exacerbation of bronchiectasis, see Annex 3 for details. 3. Aged 18 years and above, male or female; 4. Accord with the indication of bronchoscopy without contraindication. 5. When fully informed of the purpose, method and possible discomfort of the test, consent and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The drug was administered with prednisolone or equivalent systemic corticosteroids for more than 14 days within 4 weeks before administration; 2. Patients allergic to dexamethasone and gentamicin; 3. Patients with malignant tumors; 4. Patients with tractive bronchiectasis, cystic pulmonary fibrosis, active pulmonary tuberculosis, fungal infection, active sarcoidosis, allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA), acute attack of asthma, dry bronchiectasis and bronchiectasis have hemoptysis more than 100 ml per day, hypogammaglobulinemia or common variants. Immunodeficiency disease (CVID), bronchiectasis caused by foreign body inhalation; 4. Those with serious other systemic diseases and organ dysfunction; 5. Pregnancy, lactation, recent family planning and failure to take effective contraceptive measures.
