18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients diagnosed as refractory GERD (definition of refractory GERD patients: twice daily oral standard dose PPI = 8 weeks, symptom improvement <50%); 2) age 18-70 years; 3) tolerant general anesthesia .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Potential bleeding disorders (gastric ulcer, acute gastritis); 2) Precancerous lesions or cancer; 3) Coagulopathy; 4) mental illness; 5) Pregnancy; 6) Esophageal erosion; 7) Esophageal varices; 8) Esophageal hiatus hernia> 2cm.
