Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: pediatric dental caries children and without pediatric dental caries children.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) with upper respiratory infection or antibiotic treatment in the last month; (2) with systemic diseases; (3) with mucosal diseases like ulceration, or maxillofacial surgical diseases; (4) Poor compliance to sampling and treatment.
