Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) colon or rectal adenocarcinoma definitely diagnosed preoperatively by CT, MRI and other imaging or (and) colonoscopy and pathological biopsy; (2) the patient's condition and general condition can be assisted by hand laparoscopic radical surgery for colorectal cancer; (3) obtain the informed consent of the patients and their families, and be willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) non-primary colorectal cancer patients or patients with distant metastasis, tumor infiltration into adjacent organs or synchronous metastatic diseases; (2) multiple colorectal cancer; (3) locally recurrent colorectal cancer; (4) history of malignant tumors in other organs; (5) American society of anesthesiologists preoperative patient status classification > 3; (6) the patients and their families were unwilling to cooperate in this study.
