Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Seventy patients underwent elective general anesthesia under laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery, ASA I~II, aged 40-70 years old patients were enrolled in Shengjing Hospital affiliated to China Medical University.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with previous or current central systemic or mental illness; patients with sleep apnea; patients with severe hearing impairment or low level of education who cannot communicate effectively with an anesthesiologist; Alcohol or drug dependent patients; patients who refuse to cooperate with inadequate or other reasons for this study; liver and kidney dysfunction; those who are allergic to drugs and zolpidem tartrate during general anesthesia induction and maintenance; Pittsburgh sleep quality test Table (PSQI) <7 points.
