Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who came to the first affiliated hospital of sun yat-sen university for gastroscopy; 2. esophageal leukoplakia can be seen under endoscope; 3. Those who voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have taken anticoagulants recently; 2. Abnormal findings except esophageal leukoplakia under endoscopy: esophageal varices, esophageal carcinoma in the same location; 3. Severe vomiting is not compatible with biopsy.
