Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 65 years, gender is not limited; 2. Diagnosed with coronary heart disease and performed OPCABG for the first time; 3. History of diabetes, or oral hypoglycemic drugs/subcutaneous insulin, or new-onset diabetes; normal liver and kidney function, no severe diabetes-related organ damage; 4. Body mass index (BMI): 18kg/m2<BMI=32.5kg/m2; 5. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA): ASA is I-III; 6. All operations were completed in the same surgical group; 7. No bronchitis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and other pulmonary diseases, no history of pulmonary infection; 8. No immune disease, no infection, no immunosuppressive drugs (such as hormones, anti-inflammatory drugs, etc.) within 3 months; 9. Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The meridian where the acupoint is located has a surgical incision or surgical scar; 2. The skin around the acupoint is infected; 3. Nerve damage in the upper and lower limbs; 4. Enrolled in other clinical studies within the past 4 weeks; 5. Aortic balloon counter pulsation should be used for circulatory support before surgery; 6. Emergency bypass surgery due to acute myocardial infarction; 7. Left ventricular ejection fraction < 45%; 8. Surgical removal of radial artery.
