Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients admitted to ICU underwent invasive mechanical ventilation, and the IAP in the abdominal hypertension group increased continuously over 12mmHg; Aged > 18 years old; BMI 18 to 24 Kg/?; informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) neuromuscular lesions; (2) esophageal stenosis, perforation, esophageal and gastric varices bleeding; (3) chest deformity, diaphragmatic hernia patients; (4) prostatic hypertrophy or urethral stricture; (5) bladder surgery history; (6) severe coagulation disorder; (7) multiple organ failure; (8) pregnancy, end stage of tumor.
