Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Arteriovenous fistula dysfunction; 2. Aged > 18 years; 3. Clinical: Dialysis blood flow 200mmHg; Arterial pressure 50×10^9/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Internal fistula thrombosis; 2. Systemic or local infection associated with internal fistula; 3. Severe intravascular calcification of narrow segment of internal fistula; 4. Internal fistula established less than 3 months; 5. Extremely poor coagulation function or severe hypercoagulability; 6. Expected survival less than 6 months; 7. Poor cardiac function, EF < 30%; 8. Severe arrhythmia.
