Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged from 18 to 60 years. Registered nurses engaging in mental health care. Being employed as full-time nurses.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Student nurses and nursing intern. Personnel taking refresher training at engaged wards.
