Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with PPHN confirmed by clinical and ultrasonographic diagnosis and requiring endotracheal intubation and ventilator-assisted ventilation; (2) gestational age(GA) >37 weeks old and birth weight(BW) >2500 grame with a birth age of less than 24 hours; (3) Parents signed informed consent, agreed to participate in the study and accepted randomized grouping.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Congenital respiratory malformations, such as Pierre-Robin syndrome, congenital laryngeal softening, etc.; (2) obvious congenital malformations or chromosomal diseases (complete cleft palate, trisomy 21, trisomy 18, etc.); (3) those who had pulmonary hemorrhage or air leakage before admission; (4) Complex congenital heart disease; (5) Class III-IV intracranial hemorrhage; (6) Pulmonary alveolar capillary dysplasia complicated with PPHN.
