60 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Elderly patients with general anesthesia who underwent non-cardiac surgery. (2) Aged = 60 years, BMI = 30 kg / m2. (3) ASI II-III grade, cardiac function grade I-III, EF = 30%. (4) The estimated operation time is greater than 2 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Coexisting with severe hypertension, diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, severe heart disease or arrhythmia and poor control. (2) Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction. (3) Patients with neuropsychiatric diseases or sedative hypnotic drugs before surgery.
