50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) sign the informed consent; 2) aged 50-80 years; 3) confirmed PACG: Trabecular meshwork contact iris is greater than or equal to 180 °(static Angle closure) + intraocular pressure =22mmHg (flatten Goldmann tonometer measurements) + glaucoma optic nerve injury;No history of laser surgery or intraocular pressure loss after laser surgery; 4) without clinically significant cataract, the best corrected vision was greater than 0.3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) intraocular pressure greater than 45 mmHg; 2) dynamic all-week Angle closing; 3) the degree of visual field defect is greater than md-15db 4) eye axis less than or equal to 20mm; 5) the depth of the central anterior chamber is less than or equal to 1.5mm; 6) secondary glaucoma; 7) corneal edema and turbidity or abnormal endothelial function; 8) previous intraocular laser surgery (except for LPI in the 3 groups); 9) accompanied by uveitis, retinopathy, true microphthalmus and other eye diseases; 10) there are contraindications for laser treatment or cataract surgery; 11) severe systemic disease cannot be followed for a long time.
