Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Agree to accept patients with radiofrequency ablation of thyroid; 2. ASA ? ~ ? level; 3. Aged 18 to 80 years, male or female.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Maternal; 2. Opioid allergy; 3. Opioids intolerance; 4. Preoperative application potential impact neuromodulation drugs (stability, etc.); 5. Cerebrovascular accident, traumatic brain injury or surgical history of neurology; 6. The history of motion sickness; 7. Language communication obstacles; 8. People with mental disabilities.
