Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged = 18 years; 2. Diagnosed as acute ischemic stroke; 3. Receive endovascular treatment(mechanical thrombectomy, aspiration thrombectomy, balloon dilatation); 4. Modified Rankin Scale (mRS)=2 before stroke incidence; 5. Written informed consent was obtained from all study participants or their immediate family members; 6. Patients are willing and able to receive postoperative follow-up visit.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Life expectancy =1 year; 2. Advanced cancer or advanced dementia.
