Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient group: Patients with extremity posttraumatic osteomyelitis. Control group: Healthy adults

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient group:(1) Acute osteomyelitis; (2) With ssystematic systematic or immune system disorders; (3) Received interventional diagnosis and / or treatment that may affect DNA structure previously Control group: With other system disorders previously.
