18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patients aged 18-65 years; 2.patients undergoing multiple rib fractures; 3.ASA grade I-III; 4.BMI 20-25kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. infection at puncture point; 2. administration of anticoagulant drug or coagulation dysfunction; 3. cardiac, pulmonary, renal and hepatic disorders; 4. rejection operation. 5. the number of fractures >6 OR <3 6. patient return to ICU
