Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who agree to receive painless colonoscopy; 2. ASA I ~ II; 3. Aged > 18 years and < 80 years, male or female.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; 2. History of allergy to propofol injection; 3. Those who are not tolerant to opioids; 4. Potential influence of preoperative application of neuromodulatory drugs (valium, etc.); 5. Cerebrovascular accident, craniocerebral injury or history of neurosurgery; 6. History of motion sickness; 7. Language communication barriers; 8. People with mental disorders; 9. The puncture site is infected with ulceration.
