Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalization duration > 48h; 2. Indwelling CVC time > 48h; 3. 18 years of age or older;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Malignant blood disease; 2. Human immunodeficiency virus infection (HIV); 3. Undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy; 4. Sepsis was defined on admission or catheter-related infection was defined in the old catheter after indwelling new catheter; 5. Implanted intravascular foreign bodies (such as pacemakers and artificial heart valves) with in recently month; 6. The patient/relative/guardian the refusal of the data for clinical research; 7. The researchers believe that certain conditions of the patients may affect the effectiveness and safety evaluation of the study.
