Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.According to the clinical diagnostic criteria of Chinese society of cardiology, it was diagnosed as HFpEF; 2.Aged = 18 years; 3. A clear history of left heart failure and dyspnea; 4. Cardiac function ? - ? level; 5. Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)=50%. 6. brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) content > 100pg/ml 7.The patient has stable clinical symptoms and is capable of enduring this clinical study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Phrenic nerve palsy; 2.Implantation of a pacemaker, a diaphragm pacemaker or a cardiac resynchronization device; 3.Severe COPD patients; 4.History of acute myocardial infarction or history of coronary artery bypass surgery in the past 6 weeks; 5.Severe arrhythmia or unstable angina; 6.Pneumothorax; 7.Active tuberculosis; 8.End-stage liver and kidney dysfunction, stroke, tumor and other serious diseases; 9.Unable to complete the tests effectively; 10.Other conditions that cannot match or tolerate the study.
