0.5 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 6 months and older; 2. convulsion accompanied with fever should meet the diagnose criteria of febrile convulsion in the 2016 Chinese recommendation for febrile convulsion diagnosis and treatment; 3. diagnosed as febrile convulsion and have no seizures yet when enrolled in the study; 4. sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. with uncontrolled epilepsy; 2. though the convulsion accompanied with fever appear after 6 months old, there were clues found in physical examinations, blood biochemical tests,images, CSF examinations, electroencephalogram and other examinations suspecting central neurosystem infection,intracranial tumor,intracranial hemorrhage, inmmunoencephalitis, trauma, electrolyte disturbance,benign convulsion in infantile gastroenteritis,metabolic disorders or other disease other than febrile convulsion; 3. with history of uncontrolled seizures before the first onset of febrile convulsion.
