Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) meeting the diagnosis standard for simple obesity in Redefinition and Processing of Obesity in Asia & Pacific Area released by WHO in February 2000; (2) aged 18-45 years; (3) body mass index (BMI): BMI between 25 to 30; (4) waistline: male>=95cm; female>=85cm; (5) in case of smokers, they do not change their smoking habit for at least 2 months; (6) Meet the diagnostic criteria for simple obesity with spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation; (7) those who are willing to accept the above intervention methods.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) with endocrine disease (such as polycystic ovarian syndrome, Cushing's Disease, hypothyroidism, etc.); (2) with gestational diabetes; hypertension is not under control (SBP>=160mmHg; DBP>=100mmHg) or with disease in lung, heart, liver or kidney; (3) female in pregnancy, lactation or climacteric; female planning to get pregnant in 40 weeks; (4) with history of being clinically diagnosed as eating disorder, such as bulimia cynorexia, anorexia, etc.; weight changes beyond 5kg in the last 3 months; (5) having taken drug with known influence on weight or appetite in the last 3 months, such as diet pill, corticosteroid drugs, anti-depression drugs, diazepam drugs, nonselective body antihistamine, nicotine replacement, hypoglycemic drugs; or with plan of giving up smoking and drinking; (6) with history of losing weight by operation, with history of after-operation adhesion; (7) participate in other weight loss clinical research within 3 months;using diet therapy or exercise therapy to lose weight currently; (8) the injured skin may affect the local medication, allergic and scar constitution.
