Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Comply with the diagnostic criteria for Alzheimer's disease in the Classification and Diagnostic Criteria of Chinese Mental Disorders; 2 Patients volunteered to participate in the study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Those who have taken antipsychotic drugs in the past half month; 2 Combined with severe liver and kidney, cardiopulmonary and other organ diseases; brain CT and MRI showed brain lesions and infection; 3 Combined with mental illness; 4 Physical illness caused by mental disorders; 5 Take antibiotics and microecological preparations and hormone drugs in the past 1 month; 6 With a history of diarrheal disease or other gastrointestinal diseases in the past 4 weeks; 7 With a history of gastrointestinal surgery; 8 Treatment compliance is poor.
