Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 to 80 years; patients with coronary heart disease (including stable angina, unstable angina and non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction) were planned to PCI after coronary arteriongraphy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with serious renal inadequacy (eGFR=30ml/(min.1.73m2)); patients with serious cardiac insufficiency (EF<35% or =NYHA III or using intravenous diuretics); be allergic to low molecular dextran; patients of emergency call or receiving PCI directly.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
clear segment rate;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
average dosage and total dosage of contrast agent and low molecular dextran in each OCT;change of heart rate and blood pressure in each OCT with contrast agent and low molecular dextran;minimum area and minimum diameter of lumen in target coronary artery lesion with two kinds of OCT;compositions of plaque in target coronary artery lesion with two kinds of OCT;coverage rate and thickness of neointima within stent with two kinds of OCT;average area and average diameter of lumen, rate of imcomplete stent expansion and dissection immediately after stenting with two kinds of OCT;
