Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria of patients of acute cerebral infarction with cerebral microhemorrhage: (1) the first attack of acute cerebral infarction was happened within 7 days, and confirmed by head CT or MRI. diseases such as cerebral trauma, brain tumor, multiple sclerosis and central nervous system infection are excluded;(2) imaging results confirm the presence of cerebral microhaemorrhage: In the GRE-T2*WI or SWI sequences, cerebral microhaemorrhage is presented as round or oval signal reduction areas with consistent diameters of 2~5mm, and no edema was observed. Excluding the signal loss caused by the blood vacating effect of vascular space, brain groove area and small blood vessels, ferruginous flavin deposition in the pia mater or subcortical calcification lesion without hemorrhage, calcification or iron deposition in basal ganglia, cerebrovascular malformations (including telangiectasia, cavernous hemangioma) and trauma.According to the number of CMB detected, cerebral microhaemorrhage was divided into mild cases: CMB1~2;Moderate: CMB3~10;Heavy: CMB>10. 2. Inclusion criteria of patients of acute cerebral infarction without cerebral microhemorrhage: (1) the first attack of acute cerebral infarction was happened within 7 days, and confirmed by head CT or MRI. diseases such as cerebral trauma, brain tumor, multiple sclerosis and central nervous system infection are excluded;(2) imaging confirmed no cerebral microhemorrhage.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria of patients with cerebral hemorrhage: (1) warfarin overdose (INR > 3.0);(2) Previous history of traumatic brain injury or ischemic stroke;(3) intracranial hemorrhage secondary to brain tumor;(4) cerebral hemorrhage caused by abnormal cerebral vascular structure(intracranial aneurysm, moyamoya disease);(5) cerebral vasculitis;(6) blood diseases;(7) coagulation dysfunction; (8) severe respiratory diseases, hyperthyroidism, tumors, liver and kidney dysfunction, severe heart dysfunction or endocrine system diseases, etc.(9) MRI contraindications, pregnancy and refusal to participate in the study.
