35 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sixty patients of either sex with the American Society Anesthesiologists physical status II-III, aged between 35 and 65 years, undergoing elective functional endoscopic sinus surgery.The patient has normal heart and lung function before surgery.During surgery patients were controlled hypotension.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative anemia (Hb45mmHg before surgery; 5. the patient has bradyarrhythmia, atrioventricular block or sinus node dysfunction; 6. the patient has severe hypertension and vital organ dysfunction before surgery.
