Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. elderly population in the community of Hengyang, aged at least 60 years and above; 2. both male and female; 3. meet the diagnostic criteria of the Asian Working Group for sarcopenia(low muscle mass and muscle strength or poor physical activity).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) failure to cooperate with the tester or refuse to sign the informed consent; 2) unable to finish grip test and the 6m-walking speed test; 3) it is difficult to match the tester who with severe cognitive impairment or hearing impairment; 4) who can not stand alone or failure to test for body composition because of the pacemakers, heart stents, etc.
