Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) for patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia for 1-2h, endotracheal catheter should be removed after the operation; (2) ASA ? ~ ?; (3) no age limit, no gender limit, body mass index of 18-30 kg/m2; (4) patients voluntarily accepted general anesthesia and participated in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) people who are known to be allergic to narcotic drugs or other drugs; (2) history of alcohol or opioid abuse; (3) patients with a history of neuromuscular disease, endocrine system disease, allergy disease, mental disease, severe cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney dysfunction; (4) patients with severe preoperative pulmonary function impairment requiring postoperative respiratory support; (5) the blood loss during the operation is more than 20% of the blood volume of the body weight, and the need for a second operation after the operation; (6) patients who participated in clinical studies of other drugs in the past three months; (7) for any reason, it is not suitable to be included in this study.
