18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged above 18 years. 2. Pathological diagnosis of primary breast cancer, patients who have completed breast cancer surgery and prepared for chemotherapy. 3. Voluntary participation and informed consent. 4. Ability to communicate clearly, to express and to write.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Suffering from other serious underlying diseases or malignant tumors. (2) With a history of Mental illness or cognitive impairment. (3) Has been diagnosed as sleep disorders or is currently taking sleeping pills. (4) Exercise contraindication (metastasis of malignant tumors, severe anemia or other serious diseases).
