Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18 to 70 years, male of female; (2) According to the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver Disease (2010 revision), in line with the diagnostic criteria of NAFLD; (3) The patient is conscious, has the ability of language expression, can better cooperate with the research and development; (4) Have the ability to use means of communication, such as mobile phones; (5) The patient's informed consent is voluntarily accepted in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Suspected hepatocellular carcinoma, viral hepatitis, drug-induced liver disease, total parenteral nutrition, hepatolenticular degeneration and other specific diseases that can lead to fatty liver; (2) The combination of severe heart, liver, kidney and other viscera organic damage or malignant tumor, etc.; (3) The use of a variety of liver and anti-inflammatory enzyme drugs, weight loss drugs, lipid-lowering drugs, etc.; (4) Pregnant, lactating or women of childbearing age who are prepared to conceive; (5) Persons with mental illness and severe cognitive impairment.
